The Senate voted against Arizona’s right to enforce immigration laws, 55-to-43, by allowing Justice Department funds to be used in the lawsuit against the state. The vote prevented a floor vote on Sen. Jim DeMint’s (R-S.C.) amendment to the unemployment extension bill making its way through Congress. The amendment would have blocked funding to the Justice Department from being used in its lawsuit against Arizona.

They locked their doors, hid under their desks, shut their phones off, and shut down their face book pages. They don’t want to talk to us, never mind represent us or the will of the people.

“Slaughter Solution”.

This will allow Obama Care to be signed into LAW.

House Rules Chairwoman Louise Slaughter is weighing the preparation of a rule that would consider the passed Senate bill (once the House approves a corrections bill,) that would make changes to the Senate version. “This will allow Democrats to approve Obama Care without actually voting on the bill.”

In the” Slaughter Solution”, House members would still have to vote on whether to accept the rule, but they would then be able to say they only voted for a rule, not for the bill itself.”
The House must pass the Senate bill BEFORE the “reconciliation” tactic can be employed, trusting that the Senate will actually do what is promised?

The “Slaughter Solution” solves that and gives House members an “out”
Pelosi says backroom deals “pretty close” to final.

Whether by the “Slaughter Solution” or another means, it is clear that Democrats are rapidly pushing Obama Care to a final vote because they never actually had to vote on the Senate Obama Care bill.

After yesterday’s backroom deals, Speaker Pelosi said they were “pretty close” and Majority Leader Reid added, health reform is going to be done.

We don’t have it all worked out, but we made a lot of progress.

They call this progress?
If your values are clear, your decisions are easy.

It is clear these people have no values. They’re getting things done in the dark of the back rooms of our Capitol, “the peoples Capitol”. Their decisions are not easy because they don’t have any values. They obviously don’t give a dam about us, the good of our Country or the oath of office they took.

The very name “Slaughter Solution” used to attempt to pass this into law tells us they will go to any measure to ram this through. I have never seen a bunch of gutless and corrupt human beings in my life time. These people have to be thrown out of office, or even indicted for their acts against our Constitution. This election is a turning point for our nation. It is time for good, honest, hard working people to stand up for our Freedom. Seek out freedom loving, like minded Americans and help get rid of these scoundrels. I am appealing to Americans, not just political party members. It’s time to take back our country.

On December 20, 2009 Florida citizens gathered at Oakland Park Blvd and Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale. They were there to support, honor and wish our men and women serving in the armed forces a Merry Christmas. It was an honor to be there with these Patriots. I could not help but think these men and women were put in harms way by our elected officials. As they serve in foreign lands fighting for our freedoms those same elected officials are selling them out by making deals to pass legislation that is unconstitutional. I would ask we honor these men and women by continuing our fight to return our government to the people. God bless our troops and their families.

The total number of law enforcement officers shot and killed this year is up 19 percent over last year. More officers have died in ambush incidents this year than in any other since 2000. There is a literal war on cops that has escalated tragically this year.

The Lakewood, Wash., massacre on Thanksgiving weekend took the lives of four police officers getting ready for work by Maurice Clemmons. Clemmons told his friends and family to “watch TV” because he was going to “kill a bunch of cops.” Several people have been arrested for aiding and abetting Clemmons with shelter, food, and medical aid before he was shot while threatening a police officer investigating Clemmons’ stolen vehicle.

I served as a police officer for 22 years. I came through the days of Angela Davis and Huey Newton of the Black Nationalist party who wanted to overthrow the government by force.

A hip-hop punk band glorified the assassination by wearing a T-shirt showing Monfort’s face covered with blood and overlaid with a Seattle Police Department badge that said Deliver Us from Evil

Glorification of cop-killers has risen to an astonishing level from all corners of our society, even, President Obama’s Harvard professor friend Henry Louis Gates when arrested told us the police acted inappropriately before he knew the circumstances show’s the bias toward our police officers.

These man and women put their lives on the line everyday to protect our society. They deserve our respect and trust and our support.

Our founding fathers envisioned a nation of citizen legislators. When they established the Constitution, the first and foremost thought in their minds was that power must belong to the people, and not the government.

Time after time someone gets elected with noble plans to help their district, state, or nation. But once they get the job, something changes. They become part of the system and never want to leave. Getting reelected becomes their primary goal.

The system favors incumbents. If we really want to put an end to business as usual, we’ve got to have a constant influx of new leaders, not just re-runs of those who have become entrenched in the system. Ordinary working people from the community must step up and take their turn in office. Our founding fathers never imagined that our country would someday be “ruled” by an elite group of professional politicians who make a living from politics and have forgotten that they were elected to be “public servants”.

As we have seen over the years, regardless of what party is in the majority, power corrupts. It’s time to get rid of the career politician and restore the founding fathers ideal of citizen legislator. Our nation can no longer afford these men and women who are insulated from the consequences of their failures. These career politicians would have you believe that only seasoned, experienced politicians have the skills and knowledge needed to lead. But that’s exactly the situation we have today, and that’s what got us into this mess.

If we want real and positive change, we must change the process and restore the citizen legislator. As I endeavor to make a difference by seeking Florida State Senate seat district 32, I covet your prayers; and I would ask you take a minute to give me your comments and input.

It is my desire to be one of those citizen legislators that our founding fathers believed would be best suited to serve and protect our freedoms.

Immigration law violators are not immigrants they are illegal aliens.

Immigration law violators are not immigrants. They are illegal aliens who are in the United States in violation of law. There is a difference between those who legally apply for admission and fulfill all the requirements, and those who enter the United States, or intentionally overstay their visa. Labeling these violators as immigrants is wrong and misleading. Just how many illegal aliens are in the United States is difficult to determine primarily because many who are in custody either do not disclose their true status, or they are released before INS can return them to the country of their origin. To add to the resolution of this problem is if you stand up and express your concern or opinion you are called a Racist, Nazi or some other name that puts a label on you. I want to say that this is still America and we still have our first Amendment right to speak. Don’t be threatened or discouraged by these people; continue the fight for legal immigrant’s not illegal aliens. I attended a protest in Ft Lauderdale on November 14, 2009 against illegal aliens and faced this type of confrontation.
